Caesars Court Hotel Policy

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must provide a valid means of identification upon check-in.

2. Reservations and Payments

• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges.

• If payment or deposit is not made by 3:00 PM on the check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and allocate the room to another guest.

• Excessive noise and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Safety and Security

• Guests must safeguard their valuables; the hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Hotel premises are monitored by CCTV for security purposes.

• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.

6. Use of Facilities

• The swimming pool, and other facilities are available to registered guests only.

• Guests must follow all facility rules and regulations.

7. Pets and Prohibited Items

• Pets are not allowed on hotel premises.

• The possession of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Rooms are cleaned daily; guests may request additional housekeeping services if needed.

• Any maintenance issues should be reported to the front desk immediately.

9. Food and Beverage Policy

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant and bar areas.

• Room service is available 24hrs.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

• The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies occurring on the premises.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damages caused during their stay.
